Only in D6R DOMINATE System™ plans

D5F: The D6R Sales Cycle. Every contact, followed from first click to repeat client.

Five connected stages built into your CRM: Find, Filter, Frame, Follow up and Follow through. Each one has its own sequence of emails, texts and calls, and moves people to the next stage on its own, so nobody is chased twice or forgotten.

Why it matters

Most deals aren't lost on the call. They're lost in the gaps around it.

If you sell coaching or consulting, you've probably seen at least one of these:

  • "They downloaded my guide, then I never heard from them again."
  • "I followed up once, they didn't reply, and I moved on."
  • "They said 'not yet'. Six months later they hired someone else."
  • "New clients get a different welcome depending on how busy I am."
  • "I never get round to asking happy clients for referrals."

D5F closes each of those gaps with a stage of its own, so the next step always happens, whether you remember it or not.

The five stages

What each stage does, and when it stops.

Every message is written for coaching and consulting businesses. During setup we write the final wording with you, using your offer, your audience and your proof.

  1. 1
    FindBring new people in

Your ads, content, outreach and lead magnets bring people into your CRM. On D6R plans, our Traffic Systems can run the ads for you.

    Starts
Outside the CRM: ads, posts, referrals
    Hands over
When someone opts in or gets in touch
  2. 2
FilterFind out who's interested, then chase the hot ones

New leads get a short email series over a few days. Anyone who clicks, or fills in your contact or lead-magnet form, becomes a hot lead: the first text goes out within minutes, followed by about four weeks of emails, texts and calls with your team.

    Sends
7 emails, 7 texts and 5 calls over about four weeks
    Stops
The moment they reply or book a call
    Pipeline
    Lead
  3. 3
FrameBuild trust with people who aren't ready yet

A month-long nurture covers the problem you solve, why you do it, how you're different, your proof, what life looks like after, your process, the myths holding them back, your results and your method, ending with a clear last call.

    Sends
10 emails and 10 texts over about a month
    Moves on
When they click to take the next step
    Pipeline
    Prospect
  4. 4
Follow upClose the people who are ready

When someone shows they're ready, a closing sequence recaps what they want, answers their doubts, reminds them what's at stake and comes back from a fresh angle, with two personal calls along the way.

    Sends
5 emails, 5 texts and 2 calls over about three weeks
    Stops
The moment they reply or book
    Pipeline
    Opportunity
  5. 5
Follow throughTurn new clients into repeat clients and referrers

When someone buys, they're taken out of every sales sequence and moved into your onboarding pipeline, with an account owner and a welcome-call task. Over the next few months they're helped to get started, shown how you work, offered the right next step and invited to refer others.

    Sends
5 emails and 5 texts over about four months
    Feeds
Referrals and upsells back into Find
    Pipeline
    Onboarding: New customer
The part most systems miss

Every contact in the right place, automatically.

The stages talk to each other. What someone does decides where they go next, so the system never sends a sales email to a client who's already paid or keeps chasing someone who just booked.

They clickThey move up a stage and the earlier sequence stops.
They reply or bookThe chase stops and your team gets a task to pick it up.
They buyThey leave every sales sequence and start onboarding.
They go quietThe sequence finishes and the deal is closed out of your pipeline, so it's clean.

Your sales pipeline shows where everyone is:

  • Lead
  • Prospect
  • Call scheduled
  • Call completed
  • Opportunity
  • Commitment
  • Payment collected

  3. Day 2About 90 minutes laterYour phone rings to connect you with them.
  4. Week 2Replies "not yet"The chase stops, and your team moves them into Frame.

Questions

Questions worth a straight answer.

Anything else, ask our assistant in the chat, any hour, or bring it to your strategy call.

What does D5F stand for?

The five stages of the D6R Sales Cycle: Find, Filter, Frame, Follow up and Follow through.

Can I buy D5F on its own?

No. It's included with the D6R DOMINATE System™ plans (Growth, Scale and Dominate), because it depends on the other systems being in place: the website, the AI conversations, missed-call recapture and the rest.

Do I have to write all the messages?

No. Every email and text is already written for coaching and consulting businesses. During setup we tailor the wording with you, and you approve it before anything goes out.

Won't people get annoyed by all the follow-up?

Each sequence stops as soon as someone replies or books, and anyone who buys is taken out of every sales sequence. People only hear from you while it's still relevant to them.

Can it work on the leads I already have?

Yes. We can start the Filter stage on an existing list, so past enquiries and old leads get the same follow-up as new ones.

How do the calls work?

At set points the system calls your team member first and connects them to the lead, so the call still comes from a real person.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the build: D5F set up to spec, tested and working, or we make it right. We don't promise a revenue figure before we've seen your business.

Ready when you are

See where your sales cycle has gaps.

30 minutes, no pitch deck: we look at how leads move through your business today, where they drop out, and whether a D6R plan is the right fit.

  • We map your gaps against the six R's
  • Month-to-month if you go ahead
  • Built to spec, made operational, or we make it right
