The system behind Reputation · R2 of 6

Every client asked for a review. Every time.

Review Multiplication & Reactivation Engine System

It starts with one launch campaign to your past clients, then asks every new client for a Google review automatically, follows up politely and tracks who clicked through. You never have to remember to ask again.

  • Every request goes straight to Google
  • Month-to-month
Everything inside it

Three parts, working together from the day it goes live.

The Reputation page gives you the overview. This is the full build: what runs once, what runs for every new client, and what runs quietly in the background.

Runs once, at launch Part one

The launch campaign

Your past clients are the people most likely to vouch for you, and the ones you've most likely lost touch with.

  • Your whole past-client list is asked for a review by text and email
  • Sent in daily batches of around 60 to 70, so it never lands as a blast
  • Polite follow-ups for anyone who hasn't clicked yet
  • Reopens the conversation with clients who went quiet
Runs for every new client Part two

The always-on request

From launch day on, nobody depends on you remembering to ask.

  • Starts the moment someone is marked as a client in your CRM
  • Can wait until after their session, if you'd rather ask then
  • A text with a personalised image, plus an email, each with one link to your Google review page
  • Up to three follow-ups, and you choose how many
  • Clients who already clicked through get a referral ask instead (you can switch this off)
Runs in the background Part three

Tracking and safeguards

So you can see it working, and nobody gets more messages than they should.

  • Every click is logged, and follow-ups stop the moment someone clicks
  • A review pipeline: Review requested, then Review link clicked
  • Replies go straight to you, not into a void
  • Anyone who replies stop is set to do-not-disturb automatically
  • An alert to you and our team every 14 days if fewer requests went out than the minimum you set

What it doesn't do: it doesn't write, filter or post reviews, and it doesn't monitor or reply to the reviews on your profile. It asks, follows up and tracks. Every review is your client's own words, posted by them on Google.

How one request plays out

From "new client" to "link clicked", without you lifting a finger.

Here's what happens to a single client once the system is live. The same thing happens for every client after them.

  1. 1
    They're marked as a client

One tag in your CRM is all it takes. That's the trigger.

  2. 2
It waits, if you want it to

For example, until after their first session, so the ask lands when the experience is fresh.

  3. 3
    The request goes out

A text with a personalised image and an email, both with one tap to your Google review page.

  4. 4
    Gentle follow-ups, only if needed

Up to three, spaced out. You set the number when we build it.

  5. 5
    They click, and it stops

The click is logged, they move to "Review link clicked" in your pipeline and the follow-ups end.

If they reply insteadThey're pointed straight to you, so a question or a concern reaches a person.
If they say stopThey're set to do-not-disturb on the spot and never messaged again.
If they'd already clicked beforeThey're asked for a referral instead of a second review request.
Who does what

We build and run it. You keep doing the work clients review you for.

What we do

  • Build every workflow inside your CRM and connect it to your contact records
  • Tailor the texts and emails to your business and your voice
  • Connect your real Google review link, with nothing in between
  • Set the timing, the number of follow-ups and your minimum-requests alert
  • Load your past-client list and run the launch campaign in daily batches
  • Test it end to end, switch it on and keep an eye on it every month

What you do

  • Share your Google Business Profile review link and your past-client list
  • Mark new clients as clients in your CRM: one click, and we'll show you where
  • Answer anyone who replies, since those replies come to you
  • Reply to your Google reviews, if and when you want to

That's the whole list. Everything else on this page runs without you.

Where this sits in the bigger system

Reputation is the R. This is the system that delivers it.

The D6R DOMINATE System™ is built on six R's, delivered by ten systems. Reputation is delivered by this one system alone, and it runs on the same contact records your foundation sets up, so every request, click and reply sits on the client's own record.

Proof and credibility

We're an emerging business, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

We don't have a wall of client logos for this system yet. What we do have: the review-request workflows we'd install for you are the same ones we run on ConsultSystemX.

SK's own consulting practice ran on referrals and memory for years, with no system behind either, until growth stalled. Rebuilding on systems instead of hustle, starting with the parts most solo practices skip, like this one, is what got him past it.

FAQ

The questions people ask just before they book.

Still unsure? Ask our assistant in the chat, any hour.

Are these reviews real?

Always. The system asks real clients for an honest review after real work. It doesn't write, buy or invent anything, and every review is posted by the client, in their own words, on your Google profile.

Do you only ask happy clients, or offer rewards for reviews?

No to both. Every client gets the same request and goes straight to your Google review page, with no filter page in between and nothing offered in return. Screening clients first or rewarding reviews both break Google's review rules, and we won't build either.

What exactly sets it off?

Marking someone as a client in your CRM. From there it can send straight away or wait until after their session, whichever you choose when we build it.

How many messages will a client get?

One request by text and email, then up to three follow-ups if they haven't clicked. You choose how many, and the moment they click, the follow-ups stop.

Is it OK to text my past clients?

Only the ones who've agreed to hear from you, and we go through your list with you before the launch campaign. Anyone who replies stop is set to do-not-disturb automatically and never messaged again.

Does it monitor my reviews or reply to them for me?

No. It asks, follows up and tracks who clicked through to Google. Reading and replying to your reviews stays with you, in your own Google profile, because a reply should sound like you.

What if a client is unhappy?

They get the same request as everyone else. If they reply to a request message, it comes straight to you so you can talk it through. How you respond, on Google or in person, is always your call.

Does this include SEO or listings management?

No. It doesn't edit your business listings or run an SEO campaign. A steady flow of fresh Google reviews does help how you show up in local search, and keeping that flow going is exactly what this system runs.

How long does it take to set up?

It's set up as part of the same phased engagement as the rest of your system: strategy and discovery, system design and setup, implementation and onboarding, then ongoing management. Your strategy session maps out the order for your build.

What does it cost?

It comes with the Authority Building & Client Nurture System, from $597/month by team size plus a one-time $1,497 setup, and it's part of the full D6R DOMINATE System™, from $1,497/month plus a one-time setup. Every plan is month-to-month.

What happens if I cancel?

Your reviews stay exactly where they are on Google, and your contact records are yours to keep. Cancelling turns off the automatic requests, follow-ups, referral asks and tracking.

Ready when you are

The next step is a 30-minute conversation, not another page.

Book a strategy session. No pitch deck: an honest look at where your reviews stand today, how big your past-client list is and which package, if any, is the right next step.
